  • Workshop Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations received within 30 days of the event or workshop are eligible for 50% refund.
    Cancellations received under 30 will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Portrait/Commissions Cancellation Policy

    Portrait/Commissions are non-refundable

  • Originals/Prints

    All Sales are final.

    Peyton Quinn Baker cannot be held responsible for any additional fee’s you may or may not be charged when using a third party such as PayPal or Venmo. This also applies to any credit card fee’s your bank may charge.

    Peyton Quinn Baker is not responsible for any damages or mishandling of artwork after it is purchased.

    All works are sold “as is”

  • Postage

    Peyton Quinn Baker cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
    Once your item(s) has been dispatched, Peyton Quinn Baker is not responsible for delays in shipping.

    Please note that delivery of your package relies on how fast it passes through customs. From time to time international customs can hold up a package for several weeks and we have no control over this and cannot predict how long this can take.

    In the case that your parcel does not arrive, we can come to an agreement for a second parcel to be sent, for a discounted price, at the expense of the buyer.
